Know by Heart Game Review

“Know By Heart …”” can be described as an experience that helps you how to deal with the loss. The plot, the music along with the engaging gameplay and the eerie mini-games in concert to create an illusion of returning briefly to childhood , and then eventually growing older with the sense of being able to feel the passing of time.

Players will be immersed into the tranquil life in a typical provincial Russian town, in which traces and echoes of the Soviet time can still be heard and seen.

Misha is the main character. He is trapped with a job that is never ending. Then, one day, he’s surprised when his crush at school is back in town. For the first time in a long time Misha finds a way to escape the monotony of his everyday routine. The tale of an old group of childhood friends getting together are interspersed into an unsettling, yet brief episode in the town’s daily living. They are forced to walk down the memories roads to renew their bonds. However, their previous memories and even the bonds that bind them together turn into a risk.

Ayrat Zakirov Ice-Pick Lodge’s CEO, leads this nostalgic project. The story’s events occur in Russia. After many years of absence, Misha is set to reconnect with his childhood friends. They will reminisce about past memories, find some common ground and reconnect their bond. But their reunion is soon going to be ruined by events beyond their control.
